At 2/4, I usually sit at the table with around 1000BB. That way, I've got huge stacks and I can bully the table around. When I'm playing 10/20, other players realize what I'm doing and rebuy, so I inevitably have to buy in for my entire 10/20 bankroll, 5000BB.
