Default AQo vs sneaky river raise

No reads. This is my 1st hand at the table.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP2 raises, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB 3-bets, Hero calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Button calls.

Flop: (15 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, Button folds, SB calls.

Turn: (10.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP3 calls, SB calls.

River: (13.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP3 3-bets, SB folds, Hero...?

Do I assume a set here and call? How often am I still ahead here and can I fire back a raise? Is calling here weak-tight or standard?

Call

Considering the limits, I doubt they'd wait until the river to get their money out of a set. I'd have to say they caught a pair with the ace(at best two pair which you still have them beat) and have the idea that you only have a pair of queens because you were betting and raising without the ace on board.

Call the river, but I would probably fold this preflop without any reads and the SB 3 betting

Fold preflop. This pot is way too big to fold to 1 bet on the river.

I would have folded preflop considering not have any reads also but that wasnt the question being asked

Folding the river should never enter your mind.

I guess I didn't think a preflop fold was a good move. I know I have no reads at this particular table, but at this limit in general, from what I've seen I felt safe with AQo. Is this a huge leak?

It's not a huge leak, but you shouldn't be doing it either.
