BB/HR expectation

What could you use to accuratly gauge how profitable a game is? I know the more mistakes the more profit. As well as a higher deveation. I also realise that 1BB/HR in a tough game is very good. I dont' play in tough games. Is there a relationship (or formuala) for determining BB/HR out of table avg stats. Such as AVG vol put into pot or table aggresion? Pot size or avg number of players per flop. I would like to have a more precise idea of what my BB/HR could be. Then average it and see if I am doing allright.
