Default laydown aces?

the guy in the blinds is 51/7/1 84 hands.
the turn checkraiser is 66/3/1 after 196 hands.

i guess i should have folded the turn right?
but, is 3betting to get rid of the blind better than calling down?

You have much to learn about 6max.

I estimate folding the turn to be at least a 2BB mistake.

This is an old problem. Turn raises typically mean trouble, but folding an overpair like that is not a good idea. I estimate that I am still the winner when something like that happens about 20-30% of the time. If my estimate is correct, then that is too big of a pot to be throwing away 1/3rd of the time.

I like a call better, you might blow the overcaller off a hand that beats you, and if you raise he is calling with a draw anyways.

checkraiser showed Q5o.

Even good players will raise this turn with a hand like KQ.

I prefer to call down because I'm not folding my Aces to a cap (he may have 2 pair), I also dont want him to fold when I am ahead.

I only 3bet if the opponent is known to be very aggressive and likely to call down with a worse hand.

This is an auto 3 bet on the turn for me. I see this wait for the turn raise a lot with just top pair, and even 2 pair will probably slow down anyway allowing you to check th eriver if you want.

This is an easy 3-bet on the turn.
