How can you call the turn and not call the flop in your other hand? This one is based on your opponent, but you will usually have to call in these blind steal situations.

I think you need to call this down. You will see if Villain raises the turn on a bluff or not. Now your hand ain't that good and you could also fold, but he could be overplaying 2 diamonds or hit his QJ or whatever. It depends on the opponent.
