Default should Party eliminate PT PV GT+?

All these things do is widen the gap between good and bad players, meaning fish bust out quicker and the site brings in less rake from them.

from the players point of view they lose an immediate edge but they gain a little for every winning player that goes to a different site because they cant use these programs

from partys point of view they lose a few high volume players but the fish will have a longer life span because some sharks leave and the others have lost an important resource. So the little extra rake thousands of casual players will generate will make up for the rake of a few lost sharks.

The ideal situation for a pokerroom is to have everyone at an equal skill level so they all lose to the rake. So is it possible for something to benefit both the sharks and the house?
