Poker Tracker ok to use?

Does Party Poker have any objection to the use of Poker Tracker? I thought soemthing in the terms and conditions implied they wouldnt find this acceptable

The developer of PokerTracker has worked directly with Party Poker on some features of the program. They have no problem with it.

The official line on further questioning is that you may only use data you collected yourself from their site.

This means that Pokertracker and Datamining are allowed but Poker Prophecy, and database sharing are not.
