Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 5 folds, Hero calls, 2 folds.

Flop: (5.50 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG 3-bets, Hero caps, UTG calls.

River: (12.75 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 14.75 BB

Results in white below: 
UTG has Qh Qd (one pair, queens).
Hero has Jc Ac (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins 14.75 BB.

You've got the nuts on the turn and river... how else are you supposed to play it?

Note UTG for playing QQ the way he did.

Just curious about the pre-flop....should I have 3-bet or was it ok just to call....just looking for a little input. This is the first time I have posted here. Thnaks and sorry if it was unclear.

I think you should fold preflop unless you have a read otherwise(then raise).

Sorry, I didn't notice the preflop action (I misread it for you being on the big blind). I agree with this completely.

noted.....I thought I had a read. He was raising all night with K9, J10, and various naked aces. VPIP for this guy was up around 65% with a very low agression. Turns out my read was bad but after all the junk I saw coming from this guy I thought I was ahead.

A read would help...
Preflop: This is iffy, I like this hand to cold call with if there ever was one but usually that is after someone has raised and there were limpers before him or some loosies behind me that will call too. If you have a read on him that he raises light I would 3-bet this. Otherwise just HU I would fold.
Flop: I assume the way you played it you want a free turn card? A read saying this person is passive would help. Otherwise, this is dangerous, because after an UTG and the way the board hit you are asking to get 3-bet.I guess on 2nd thought, assuming typical 2/4 opponents you could get a free card here.

If UTG raises with
AA-TT, AKs-AJs, KQs, AKo-AJo, KQo
UTG beats AJs 59% of the time.
