"Here" meaning where? Pre-flop or flop?

For me it's a toss-up to raise or limp pf (image, player types, posistion, stacks, etc.)

In BB, 6 handed, and no sign of strength...I would lean towards raising (~4BB). You may get the weak A or KJ hands to fold. If not you can still pick up the pot if rags hit.

There are times the pf limp is best, but I don't think now is one of them.

As far as the flop play, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm raising this every time. If he doesn't have the flush, he will have to concider folding. If he does you still have outs. But give him a decision to make.

If there were more players on the flop, then I don't mind playing a set carefully in this spot. However, you are only against two players, so you have to either bet out or check raise depending on if the CO is aggressive or not.

I would also punish the open CO limp preflop. I like checking my BB if there are more limpers, esp. EP limpers. You have to raise to punish the CO open limper unles you have a read that he is tricky.
