Does Crypto CS ever bother to respond?
I sent an e-mail to Classic Poker's customer service yesterday morning, and am still waiting for a response. From what I've read in other posts here at the zoo, it looks like I'm in for a long wait.
Basically I got screwed out of an MTT fee when the system went down (Saturday evening) and the tourney didn't get finished. I guess the Cryptos are just viewing this as a good chance to get some free money, since from what I've read this same thing happened to everybody. It's only $6, but it's the prinicple of the thing. A company that cared about its customers would refund the tournament fee, or at least respond to its e-mails. Just one more reason I hate the Cryptos. If it wasn't for all that free bonus money they hand out every month....... So is there anybody out there who has had a positive experience with Cryptos cust. serv.? Anyone??? |

Re: Does Crypto CS ever bother to respond?
Call them. I have not had luck with e-mail requests, but their phone reps were OK. This was with Interpoker. I don't know all the crypto sites share CS.

I don't think they share, but I've had good luck with phone support every time I've needed it..even though I don't think I've called every one of them.

Re: Does Crypto CS ever bother to respond?
Don't bother e-mailing Crypto, they rarely respond (and if they do it's a few days later).
Just call them, you'll get a much faster response that way. |

Do they have a toll-free customer service number from the States?

Re: Does Crypto CS ever bother to respond?
Which skin are you referring to? I've only had to call Interpoker and they had a toll free number.
