Default How to deal with tilt

sorry if this is in wrong forum but...
I really think in the last week I have learned how to deal with tilt. whenever i take a bad beat or have a bad session i go and look at my pokertracker numbers for BB/hr i multiply it by 8 (4 tables X 2x Big Blind) and realize that for every hour ive played i make however many dollars per hour, the bad beats are irrelevant and so is a bad session if you kept focus and played your best, if i play good and have a bad session i tell myself that i made however many dollars per hour and that really helps.

There's a button under the Sessions tab in PT which will tell you your hourly multitabling rate
