Default Poker Account Names

Is it possible that a poker screen name can be more +EV than another screen name. Like if your screen name was "worstpokerplayerever" as compared to "topplayer"

The answer is that if your name is actually +EV or -EV then its so +EV to be playing this douchebag that it doesn't really matter what the f*ck you name yourself.

I named myself Pisces1313 so people would think I was superstitious and more likely to believe in luck.

I love people with names that have any of the following in them : golf related (progolfer), school or team fans (bruinsfan) or anything Rounders movie related. Also thenuts or AKQJT or superflop.

Names can be +EV or -EV.

Suggestions for names should be something simple that blends into the crowd that gives no indication of how good or bad you are. Also the name should be something that is easily forgotten.

SuperFish, YouSuckIWin, Topplayer, Aces123...
are all names easily remembered. Some will cause players to act differently then they normally would. Superfish is a name that raises the eye. YouSuckIWin want to make other players beat the crap out of this guy for being so rude. Thus in both cases altering their play.

Now take a name like "Mike784". Very non-descript except thats its a males name. No emotional response in anyway. Also many Mikes might take this name with other characters behing it. It makes it hard to remember. "is this mike784 or was he mike123?"

Or even a name like "un49ll" would be a bitch to remember the fellow. Also very non-descript.

So I say yes names have +EV or -EV
