Posting an HTML table

Before you ask, I have searched the archive for this question.
Do any of you know how to post a message in HTML? I have a small spreadsheet I have converted in to an HTML table that I would like to post to get feedback, but I cannot figure out how to get the post to accept it.

Just in case no one has said anything...

The moderator has turned off HTML for this board. I don't know if there is a way around it or what the rules are for changing it.
