Re: Play this hand for me.
How loose are the limpers, in general?
I may be raising this preflop, if you're wondering. If I just limp, I'm just calling this flop. There are 6 guys behind me, and I don't feel raising to clear outs or buy a free/cheap card here is worth it. |

Re: Play this hand for me.
Raising is good as it's a big pot and you may get a better Ace to fold. Raising is good because the table is obviously loose and lots of people may call and therefore your raise would be for value. Raising is good because it may buy you a free river.

Re: Play this hand for me.
Hopefully someone more skilled will straighten this out, but I would play the hand completely the opposite as you.
I am definitely limping there with A6s, get a nice flush draw on the flop and I will raise that in a heartbeat to clear out the field. I could pair my A or 6 or hit a flush. If they coldcall the raise, I don't care because the flush will beat them, and there's still a good chance that your Ace will hold up. |
