Well, UB requires your Neteller account have the same email address as your UB account, so unless you can make both your UB accounts have the same email...

Well its just that I set up my UB account before I knew about rake back. Is there any way I can close it and open a new one under a different affiliate?

Yeah, I've closed an account before. It was a long time between reopening though, so I don't know how that'll work for you, but just email them stating that you want to close your account and they're pretty quick about it.
