Inflating an image without pixelizing it?
I don't have photoshop or anything, but it doesn't work on paint. I want a rather small image to be inflated. Is it possible without destroying the quality of the image?

youd think there would be a way. shouldnt there be a program that can stretch the image and fill in the stretch marks with blended colors?
