Default is this weak tight?

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP3 posts a blind of $0.5.
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 (poster) checks, Hero calls, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (8 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(8 players)</font>

Stopping the action like this will get you better responses.

I think you need to 3-bet or fold based on reads of the villains. I might lean towards playing because you hold the T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Top pair decent kicker, I lean towards capping the flop. Wouldn't let the 2 d scare me off just yet.

Folding top pair on the flop is usually weak-tight. This is more true in loose agressive games and less true in tight passive games.

In this specific case, I think it is clearly weak-tight unless you can tell me something about UTG that would scare me into folding.

I've completely lost touch with .5/1 full tables because I would've folded this in a heartbeat at a typical 30-33% PF-play 1/2 table. Then again, I don't even limp QTo anymore.

The "default" play of 3-betting this seems very aggressive. I might just call and see how the turns play out, but this might not be the right time to do it.
