Default When should I be check raising?

I was just looking at my PT numbers and noticed my check raise percentage is 1.46 ... this sounds low. Should it be higher? Are there any sort of general situations that I want to try to check raise in? I know -- it depends. But can anyone tell me general situations that might indicate I should be thinking about check raising?

Thanks!

Yeah. It depends. Do some experimenting, then post the hands if you have trouble.
