Bellagio Poker Room Rate-How to get it?

Hi all,
Tried to find this info by doing a search but stuck out even though I'm sure I've seen it before.
I'm making reservations for the Bellagio in a month or so and want to get a poker rate even though I have not played there before. Usually play in AC.
Questions are:
1. Can I get a poker rate the first time I stay there?
2. If I can, what are the rates and do I have to call the poker room directly to make the reservations?
Any assistance is very much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you can get the Poker Rate the first time you stay but you may have to book it at the regular rate and they will adjust it down after you've played the required hours. The rates are $129 weekdays and $199 weekends.
