Default Starting an online poker site.

I would like to start an own internet poker-site.

How should I start?
What are the requirements?
How much money will it be necessary to invest in this project?

You would what?

How should I start?

You could try making sense.

What are the requirements?

- A certificate of good intent from three men in a hut.
- CS crew willing to work for under $1 an hour.
- Thick skin.
- Willingness to ignore all good advice about new sites cannot work.
- No rake.
- Spam every board on the net.
- Create the illusion of having players, whether by bots, bonuses or props. Wait for three months, then run.

How much money will it be necessary to invest in this project?

All of it.

Lori

Hey, why are you people so rude?

Please take me serious. It's not a joke, I want to start my own poker-site. Whats so impossible with that?

I dont live in the USA, I have a BIG capital of money, I have the skills in programming to make a casino all by my self and I have all the skills in poker.

On the off chance that you're not a troll, the answer is that if you have to ask these questions, you shouldn't bother.

Creating a new successful poker site in todays market would be extremely difficult, just look at all the startup failures of the last year.

Doing this would require a very in depth knowledge of the online poker market, far more than you are going to get by asking questions here. Many people here know the answers to all of your questions, but still do not have anywhere near the expertise to actual start a successful poker site.

IMHO.
