I am torn, but I think with that read, I raise and call a threebet. If it is three bet however, I expect to be shown the the QdJd, although maybe just QdXd given his looseness.

I think, yes, you can raise this river. He usually has K9 or Q9. I'm not too worried about JT here because I think he would either bet the flop or reraise the turn (with the nuts), and if he has two [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]s, yay for him.
