Is there any way to disable the damned exit splashes that many sites use when you leave the site?

The worst offenders are The Gaming Club, Eurobet, Ultimate Bet, and (now) Party.

These things are a huge pain in the azz, especially the ones that are internet based, because they open a browser window.
