After I clear the bonus, can I take out the money I deposited right away or do I have to wait a certain number of days?

You can cashout non-bonus money almost immediately (there is a small window of 4 or 8 hours after depositing in which you can't withdraw).

As soon as you clear the bonus, it's your money, and you can cash it out immediately.

For example, deposit $500 for a $100 bonus. Suppose you only need 300 to play with, you can cashout $200 a few hours after depositing. Then, suppose before clearing the bonus you need money for another bonus; cashout the other $300; come back in a few days and redeposit the $300. Play through the bonus. As soon as you have played the required number of raked hands, you can cashout your $300, the $100 bonus, and any winnings.
