'Importing" notes

A friend of mine has a very large PT database and sends me his PT expoted notes file (like 14 mb).

I realize that using the "import" notes function in PT will not create new database entries for the players for whom I do not have existing entries.

However, constantly having these little note boxes open both clutters my desktop and does not allow me to play 4 tables at 1600 x 1200, and forces me to move to 1920 x 1440. Even my otherwise excellent vision sometimes has trouble seeing the numbers at that resolution.

Ideally, I'd somehow like to get PV to read those notes files, either through somehow "putting" them into PT or via another solution.

If someone has a solution for me, I'd be glad to pay $20 or something reasonable.
