Default Computer help- catsrvps.exe

Norton A.V. picks this up everytime I run it, but cannot delete it.
When I hit delete, a window appears reading,

"Delete will permanently remove the selected file(s) from your computer. Deleted Security Risks will be backed up in Quarantine if you need to recover the file. Do you want to continue?"

I hit yes. N.A.V. summary says, "Delete failed".

Then, in the summary, another file name appears, "Dc229.exe"

If I trace the catsrvps.exe file down, ( C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\catsrps.exe) and right click and select delete,
a box appears saying
"cannot delete catsrvps: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use. OK"

The Dc229.exe file path is:
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-4137.......whole bunch of #s......\Dc229.exe.

I cannot find "RECYCLER" in my computer.

Any info/help would be appreciated.

JTrout

Restart your computer in safe mode (Hit F8 while the computer is rebooting, before you get to the Windows XP splash screen). Then delete the file.

You may also want to download Ad-Aware 6 as you likely have a lot of spyware on your computer.
