I know it's hard to find a fold on the turn, but don't you think the odds of one of them holding the ace of hearts is pretty good?

Well you have 14 outs on the turn and that would make it worth a call although risk of getting 3-bet (or 4-bet) is probably high. Problem is as noted by Prof Lupin, someone might have the Ah and many of the times you get a K, or even a Q its not going to be good. You probably have to discount your outs with like 50%.
IMO its a fold on the turn.

I would never 3bet preflop here unless playing with total maniacs. The risk of domination is very real and you are out of position.

I would fold the turn.

Given that UTG and the button both came to life when the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] comes up makes it highly likely that one if not both have an ace in their hands, meaning the chances of them having the A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] is higher.

looking back i think you are right. In the moment, though, it seemed like the right thing to do. Its unfortunate becasue 3bets is an expensive mistake.

thanks

I actually think that this is a rather easy turn fold. You are almost always behind here Getting 4:1, less if it gets threebet, and are likely drawing dead at least a third of the time.
