Spreadsheet To Track Bonii: Anyone Got One?

Does anyone have a spreadsheet set up to keep track of bonii? Such things as what's available, the site, the date it starts, the $ amount, the rake requirement, the amount of time to complete it, the code, etc, etc, and so on.

I'm going to make one and I'll share it with anyone who wants it, but if someone has one already and wants to share...that would be cooler by me.
