Default \"Agression Factor\" on Poker Tracker couple of newbie questions

I bought PT two days ago based on reviews by people here. I think it is great but have some questions that I think can be answered by the bright people here.

Is it better to include the pre-flop numbers in your aggression factor? What would you consider a good numbers to be with, or without, the pre-flop included. I ask this because me pre-flop number is .65 my post flop is 3.54. I am wondering if my pre flop is to passive, and possibly to agressive post flop.

This is based on 2500 hands of play, which I realize is a small sample

My pre-flop aggression factor is .60 and my post-flop (w/o pre-flop) is 3.94. Take a look at your PF Raise % and that should give you more of an indication of your aggression pre-flop. My % is 7.75.

You can also do a search for BisonBison's post on this stuff. I think the title is "Some Notes on Notes" but I'm not 100% on that.

I'd also be interested in knowing other's numbers for comparison's sake.

Take care,
