I was just browsing through PT for a hand, when I noticed a lot of red in the AKo column.

Double-checked and, yes, I had lost 13 times in a row with AKo!

At 6-max!

While I was running good!

And I won all 3 times tonight with 72o(all in BB)! Two pair, two pair, trips ---> boat.

I am there with you. I am new to Pokertracker, but with 1523 hands I have had AKo 13 times, and lost 11 of those for a net loss of 37.5 big bets. I am still pulling a 3.18BB/100 for those hands, but imagine if my AKo was in line.

(I checked all of these hands, they were good losses meaning I usually lost to a straigt or flush draw.)
