Screw up w/ PPIV Semi-finals (low content)

Party Poker screwed me again. I signed up for a semi-final qualifier to the Party Poker Million IV. The tourney starts and I see I have only 1000 chips, 8 out of 10 ppl at my table have 3000 chips. I realize that my additional chips didn't load. I am fuming! I am not going to play a $200+ tourney starting short stacked. So I email party and then I think they won't read it in time. So I give them a call at their 1-800 number and they say there is some technical problem. I was told by the management is discussing how to compensate those players who didn't get their extra chips. I should just play the tourney and worry about it after.

Damn, I better get some compensation. Did this happen to anyone else? This isn't the first time they have screwed me
