Default My Favorite Poker Accompishment Thus Far:

Last night, after winning a live tourney that paid about 6,000 I decided to play something fun online when I got home just to relax.

As soon as I logged in to partypoker, I see a 22 stud multi starting up, so I think ahh what the hell, I'll play it. It was only the 2nd time I've ever played stud in my life. The first was about a month ago in a 11 multi that had 800 players and I took 32nd in it.

Well I just play a tight aggressive style, and play real aggressive when the antes and blinds get big and I steal a bunch of chips.

Anyways, the tourney started with about 330 players, and I get a chiplead with about 20 players left, and never look back, dominating the final table and winning the multi. It paid about 1800.

It wasn't the first multi I've won, and it definitely wasn't the biggest prize I've won. However, it was the most satisfying victory because I have no stud knowledge whatsover.

Maybe I should rethink my focus on hold'em..... hmmmm

nice job man. I've done the same thing on a much smaller scale with stud and omaha recently. I don't know either game well, so I'm forced to play very tight, but I know how to bet when I get that hand, so I've done well so far with little knowledge...maybe I need to dumb down my hold'em game too...
