Paradise hand history delivery time?

How long does it usually take for your hand histories from Paradise to arrive in your mailbox?
It's been more than an hour and a half since I requested and I still haven't got it.

It really depends on how many people are playing. Sometimes it's 10 minutes, sometimes it's an hour.

Yeah, I am having this problem as well. Coming from Party (even when the hand histories were not stored on the client machine) this is pretty much enough to convince me not to play at Paradise.

They used to be really fast, almost as fast as Party.

Recently they seem to take from a few minutes up to two hours. It seems to loosely depend on how many people are playing at the time.

I've made 4 different requests tonight...I only got 1 so far, and that was hours ago. 3 requests over the past 3 hours and nothing.

I had about a 3 hour period where I got no e-mails from them. I sent in about 20 requests or more during that time and never recieved anything. I finally started getting e-mails after midnight but they were current e-mails and not the ones I had requested between 9-11pm.

Here is what I found from this week:

In the day (afternoon), they come within a minute or two.

In the evening when the site is busy, it takes hours and they still don't come until I have gone to bed. Pretty annoying.

Happened to me the other night. You will get them. The explanation I recieved from support, was that there was a "looping" effect. People don't receive the histries in 1 or 2 min, request them again and again and it makes the problem worse.

FWIW, I have only had this problem once since signing up in late december.
