no, they are not bound by US laws and would have no reason to do so. [/ QUOTE ] I believe Canada and the US have an agreement whereby Neteller would be obligated to supply the IRS with any records requested officially. That said they have no reason to report normal daily transactions.

They don't report to the IRS; however, with the Patriot Act and some of the recent anti-terrorism legislation that has been passed, it would not be difficult for the IRS to get access to that information.
