Default WPT Hand against Cindy Violette

Table change please?

50-100 blinds

Cindy just moved to the table a couple hands ago.

Cindy limps UTG (15,000). Scotty Nyugen limps, Joe Awada limps, Clonie limps, fold, internet pro limps, I (9000) limp with K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button. SB calls, BB checks.

Flop (700): K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB checks, BB bets 300, Cindy raises to 1100. Folded to me. I call. SB, BB fold.

Turn (3200): K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Cindy bets 2400. I call(?)

What are you waiting for? If I can't get it all in on the flop, I'm sure as hell pushing that turn.

Shove your stack in on the turn.

Why is pushing better than calling and seeing the river? I have position and I cant get her to lay down a better hand

"Table change please?"

WHAT! The belleza Cindy Viollete, The funny mullet man Scotty, and Joe! What a super cool table man! I mean...What is hotter than a chick who can play Stud8? Serouisly? I hope you had a good time at the table and didnt bust on this hand. BTW why are you playing K7d in tournament poker? Why would you ever play K7d? Very loose play. I think you need to just push on the flop though. I hope she didnt have 33.

i think you played the hand perfectly. limping in with this hand on the button is standard in such a large multiway pot.

Because you want to take the pot down right there. But I can understand why you called. The big questions:

What did you put her on? And what was your plan for the various river scenarios?

two possible reasons to push on the turn:

you'll get paid off when you outdraw trips (you might not if she correctly puts you on the flush draw)

you won't get broke when she has an ace-high flush draw that would have hit

I dont blame you for wasnting a table change, but since thats not gonna happen make the best of your spot. How, you ask, comment on the table and how impressive the line up is. Tell them you got in $4 through a supersatilite where you won all you coin flips, ( my AK kept winning) and over play every monster you get and watch yourself get paid off. If you dont like that come up with your own version, set them up with something and do the opposite.
