i typically 3-bet TT preflop, but you were going to be out of position for the entire hand so calling isnt unreasonable. when he 3-bets your flop check raise, i think its safe to assume he has your tens beat. i dont know if i could fold them on that board though. unless villain is a maniac/lag, i think the fold is good.
