The sign on your avatar is unreadable w/o cutting & pasting to the direct link. And what the hell does it mean anyway?

It was supposed to be Slugworth from Willy Wonka.

I saw the guy with the sign, and i think it is a image to prevent hotlinking, I am in the process of finding a new avatar.
