Default Rake Rebate Earn Rate

Anyone have any idea as to how much Id get per 1,000 raked hands at Party 100 NL 6 max?
I see a lot of ads for 23% rake back, so if you could give me an estimate based on that figure

average pot size around $25 (of course VERY high variance), but figure average rake of $1.20 of which your MGR share would be about 20c at 6-max. rakeback of 4 to 5 cents per hand, $40-50 per thousand minus bonuses.

Check your pokertracker, on the Game Notes you see Total Rake, as well as average number of players on the table. Take total rake, divide by the average number of players, divide by the number of hands, multiply by 0.23%. That is your earn per hand.

For 3/6 full ring this is $0.0315 per hand for me, so I get $31.5/1000 hands in rakeback. (I've played 16118 hands of 3/6 in January (slacker!!!), Party has raked a total of 19,927 on those hands. So each hand is raked $1.236 and tehre are 9.02 players on average on my tables, so my share of the rake is $0.137 and with a 23% rakeback that would be $0.0315 per hand.)

Are you saying that if I play 1400 hands, and get a $200 bonus, Ill get ZERO rake back for that time?

in your particular situation, you will get slightly more than zero, but not a huge amount.

the MGR is the total rake attributed to you for that hand, not the amount actually raked back to you. so while you "earn" 4-5 cents per hand, the site still credits you for the full 20c per hand in terms of calculating the MGR.

so with 1400 raked hands at 20c rake revenue per hand, you will generate $280 in MGR whoring off the $200 bonus, after which $80 in net rake revenue is left over. you would then be credited with 20-25% of that remaining $80, which would be about $16-20.

clearly, bonus whoring is much more lucrative than rakeback if you not a heavy heavy player. only after all bonus opportunities are exhausted for the month should you then pursue rakeback-credited play.

Thank you all for the responses, I guess it is not worth the jumping thru hoops for me, as I only play there when I have a bonus
