Anyone know how to make the man/woman and chair disappear?

Try Options/Video & Audio Options/Characters On-Off. The chairs won't disappear though.

There is a menu option to turn off the images of the people. If you want to make the chair disappear, you have to modify the image files using Photshop, GIMP, Paintshop Pro, or other graphics programs. The files you need to looking for are in C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\Images folder and named seat*.jpg. There is a set for holdem tables and another set for stud tables.
