To ´3-bet this preflop you have to be sure you'll end up HU most of the times and on microlimits you can never be sure you'll fold these 3 limpers. I like your idea, but this is not the place to use it.

I think 3betting this preflop is pretty reckless, even if you are going to end up heads up. Without a read on the button, the best-case scenario is that you are against two overcards and are a slight favorite. Against any typical player's raising pair you are way behind. Also, you are out of position and many flops will be unfavorable due to the number of overcards that could come.
