I can't play when it gets HU (2 hands)

I don't have a clue on what to do when it gets heads up. Here are two hands from my latest session that I probably misplayed on every street. Any comments are appreciated. I don't have any specific reads on them.

Hand 1: I think you have to raise the turn when your boat hits. Yes he might have a K but I think the +EV is to raise.


Hand 2: 3-bet the flop

Reads on the villians in each hand would help the overall analysis as well.
