Default Blind Defense in 2/4 Party

Could somebody post a basic guideline on what hands to defend the small and big blinds with. Also what hands should I complete the small blind with, when there is no raise? when there are1,2,..or 5 limpers? Any imput would be grealty appreciated.

As far as stats go should i be looking for a VP$IP from SB of around 32%?? or is that too high?
