i saw a lot of criticism of the swedesh kid during the world series for is jaaaa (or daaaaa, whatever it was), and he was a saint compared to laak.

I don't see why people find Laak so annoying. He's completely courteous to the other players. I think his eccentricity makes him fun to watch.

At least he understands what shows like WPT are about - entertainment. I would much rather watch Phil Laak and Antonio exchange jabs than watch Howard Lederer and Phil Ivey and Barry Greenstein sit around on Fox Sports Net contemplating every single move they make for 5 minutes. NO ONE CARES. I'm sure it's better poker overall, but if I wanted to see good poker, I'd go play in a $5/1 sit'n'go on Party Poker. Jesus!
