The party poker/poker stars skill level converter

Since I've never played at partypoker, and now play nearly exclusively at pokerstars, I feel the need for some kind of converter, so that I can better understand the context of these discussions. In other words, when people talk about the skill level at partypoker, how does that equate to pokerstars, which I'm told tends to be much tighter and have better players in general?

For example, would the skill level at 1/2 at party poker equate to the skill leval of 3/6 at pokerstars?
