Default 10k hand checkup at 1/2...ready for the bigtime (fun pictures)

Of course I am joking in the title of my post because I am sucking balls.

My stats are "sub optimal" in a lot of spots but I can't really tell what's more to blame, variance or sucking, but it's probably a potent mixture of both.

1/2 has been very swingy for me as you will see below. But I just kinda wanted to post this to get help/opinions/ridiculed because it is very frustrating.

Now I know some people play about 10k hands a day, and 10k is pretty worthless in determining a lot of things in the long run, but this graph and numbers below are since the beginning of december or so.

I took about 10 days off in the middle of this suck-fest and went to florida for xmas/new years...so I tried the break idea.

But without further ado, my beautiful pictures are below, because screenshots make for really sexy threads.

I appreciate any help/comments/ideas/suggestions/witty slams/discussion or whatever.

fun, huh?

shitty...I'm no expert on stats, but nothing jumps out as being way out of line or anything.

Agree. Maybe be a tad more aggressive post-flop but it all looks more then reasonable. Myabe just bad game selection? Isn't the 1/2 like the worst place to be?

sorry, forgot the ridicule part.

*points and laughs* Maybe McD's will work out for you since clearly poker isn't.

Purely based on your stats... If I had to pick something out.

I think you call down too much with losers. Your river AF is low (due to a lot of simply calling on the river), your W$@SD is a little low, and your WtSD is a little high.

A leak like this can own your BB/100, then again, this is purely based on your stats over 12k hands.

Haha look what you have to look forward to. Yes they are not fun games.

[censored] just lost AK v 99 in a T70,000+ pot. Getting short.

6 max baby!
Though I will probably put in a good number of hands at full too when I get there.

Gotta get outta here first though, and at the rate I've had to withdraw from my BR it may be awhile...One day...one day.

yes I'm aware of this, but i think to myself in the grand scheme of things I should be able to beat these games so... It's not a bankroll issue or anything, I'm playing way under my means, but I just feel if i can't beat a "tough" 1/2 yet than i should stick around till I can "beat" it.

Is that stupid thinking? It's kinda like that thread someone started in the general TH forum about jumping into juicy games above your level...well maybe not really...kinda.

I've got this mentality like I have to work my way up through the levels, to do anything... I took stabs at 2/4 and felt like the games were a little juicier from my short stay there, but i felt like well let me go back and "beat" 1/2 and I'll be back...is that dumb?

I don't know...my spirits are just kinda broken and I feel like I'm spinning my wheels a bit...but I really don't know what I can do at this point.

anywas thanks for the comments so far

ZING! my bad

Are you still learning alot about the game playing 1/2?

I understand what you're saying about sticking it out. I somewhat feel the same way. OTOH if I don't feel like my game is continually getting better, or that it seems like I'm not learning as much as I should be by playing in those games then I think if you have the BR for it, try finding a game that challenges you more. Try the 6 max games or something for a change of pace, or move to 2/4, or take a break, or try something other than hold 'em for awhile, or, or, or. A change in perspective can be pretty helpful, as can a steeper learning curve. I wouldn't make that recommendation for everyone though.

Also realize that it may just be a sample size issue.
