Was a Party Poker bad beat jackpot disqualfied?

Someone mentioned at a Party Poker table this morning that a bad beat jackpot was disqualified. Does any one have any details?

no details, but the most probable reason for DQ was that somebody talked about it during the hand. OR 4 people weren't dealt in. The latter doesn't seem as likely

If that were a reason for getting dq'd I don't think I would have won a dollar on the site... Seriously though if some bonehead said I quads chase down your full against me who cares, he could just say it was table talk. I suspect it was collusion though.......
