Default Quick Poker Tracker question.

What is a decent "Vol. Put $ in From SB" in low stakes NL Hold 'em?

20%? Not more than that? That would be a pretty standard VP$IP. I'm sure it must be a larger number from SB. BTW, this is full ring.

I think I complete about 40% from the SB - this is on passive tables mind. I used to be much tighter but as I'm better at post-flop play now I tend to play a few more.

I will check when I get home - I need to work out how to analyse blind defense on PT -it's on my 'to'do' list

Some of this has to do with the aggressiveness of your games, where it should be lower if there's more PF raising. 20-30% is a decent range though, and if it's over 30, you need to have a hard look at the quality of hands you're playing here. What you want out of the SB is either good hands, or ones with good drawing potential. The better pot odds you get by only contributing half in an unraised pot makes this workable. Avoid junk hands though.
