Default AQs with capped preflop and second nuts flop..

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $0.5.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO (poster) calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG caps</font>, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (16.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises</font>, MP2 folds, <font color="#CC3333">CO 3-bets</font>, Hero..

Now the question arises. Given the preflop action, do you go into check call mode fearing AA? Or do you keep the pedal to the medal?

I'd try to be particularly nasty, cap the flop and checkraise the turn. If 3-bet by UTG on the turn I slow down.

You are beat by one hand and one hand only AA. Hammer it!

Think about how many As there are: 4! If he has AA, they are all out which isnt very likely although still possible. Go crazy and pay him off if he has it

I would cap the flop and then cap the turn, if UTG is still fighting on the river after two caps I would slowdown.

There is only one AA combination that he could have. Far too unlikely to slow down at this stage.

Doh I forget to send myself the hand history so I could follow up.

I do remember this though. I called the flop 3-bet fearing AA, but then I thought screw that, if they have AA I am paying them off and I put the raise button to work.

Turn was 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and I did go for the check-raise. Betting was capped eventually by me and CO as UTG went into call mode

River was K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Well damn now I had to fear KK also, which is a strong possibility for UTG as his turn action pretty much indicated he didnt have AA.

Its my turn to act. Continue aggression or check/call?
