Default Playing in tight games

What suggestions does this forum have for playing in overly tight cash games, ie when there is little action and virtually no money is coming onto the table?

Get up and leave? Find/ come back for a better game? Run over the table?

Tight because the players are good or tight because they are playing with scared money/weak-tight thinkers? If it's the former, I get up and leave, it's a waste of my time to pay blinds and time charge for no action. If it's the latter, I buy-in to cover the table and create my own action (i.e. I bully and play lag), this works until people start playing back at you, by then though you can change gears and still get action...

Unless there's a bunch of people better than you at the table, it's always a good game. You just have to adjust your game for how it's being played. Get loose when it's tight. Steal blinds. Bluff.

I would find another game.

Frequent stealing and bluffing is high-variance play.

If you are familiar with playing loose, this can be very profitable. You will pick up a lot of small pots, and when people finally decide to start playing back at you, only you will know when you have the goods. Many players try to "outplay" a loose player too much, just to try and show they can take him. If you are a loose player in control, you can make a lot at a table like this.
