Default 20/40 at TStone - River raise with underpair

[I had a chance to meet TSP at turningstone on friday. really nice guy and a hell of a player. he just likes to jerk around on the forums sometimes. quality dude.]

7handed.

The 3bettor pf is a solid player. Once he checks the turn is obviously apparent that he doesn't have the ace and its more than likely he has a bigger PP than me. The other player in the hand is superlag PF and will bluff at a pot when others show weakness.

Hero is TT in EP

Hero raises, CO 3bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: A46r

BB checks, Hero checks, CO bets, both call.

Turn: 2

All check

River: 3

BB bets, Hero raises.

Results to follow.

I like it. If he is weak enough to check this flop with KK-JJ then he will certainly fold the river even though you can't represent anything.

Default Shhhhhh. . . .

MDB, you'll ruin my rep!

Just kidding, it was a pleasure playing with you and meeting Snowbank as well. Great game, too, it was nice to get back to the Stone.

On the hand in question. I'd probably just call the river and hope the BB doesnt have a five or some type of 2 pair. I think the solid 3 bettor probably missed altogether, since he would (or should) have bet the turn after you checked.

See ya soon,

TSP

The 3bettor wouldnt 3bet me pf with a hand like KQs. He would have to have a hand with an ace or a made pair. I doubt he would 3bet me with less than 9s as well.

I can confirm TSP is as MDB described in person.

By the time I got there the both MDB and TSP had way more than their fair share of chips! I sat down and they both got up to eat - weak!

So how many of the regular TS 20-40/15-30 players are on here? We should get the Cuse people together for a home game sometime.
