I just call the river. Most times you are ahead though.

Either just call the riverbet or fold to a reraise. I would just call on the river in this case. What hands would he call a raise with? When he reraises you must be beat by a flush, if he bluffs so be it. No way I would call that last $76.

EDIT: He could have a lower set but I still don't think it would be worth the call on the end.
